Full Terms and Conditions
Pryzbox operates prize competitions resulting in the allocation of prizes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions via the website www.pryzbox.com
1. Promoter: The Promoter is Pryzbox, part of Daily Feed Ltd (Company no 09728689) operating from 196 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 3WF.
2. Promotion: Are Prize draws offered by the promoter and is specified below.
3. Eligibility: Pryzbox promotions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over. All employees or anyone professionally associated with the promotions are excluded from all competitions.
4. Promotional Period: The promotional period for all competitions are clearly stated within the competition information and will always be provided prior to entry.
5. Entry: No purchase is necessary to enter a promotion but internet access and a Pryzbox account are required in order to enter. The Promoter is not responsible for any fees you may incur from your provider.
6. Maximum Entries: The maximum number of entries are listed in each competition with a maximum of 100 tickets, per person. Maximum tickets are not to be exceeded under any circumstances and if the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe an individual is exceeding this limit, for example by using multiple accounts, it reserves the right at its discretion to void entries or award a prize to the next drawn winner. If for any reason, an entrant is able to purchase more than the maximum number of tickets for a competition, the promoter reserves the right to void any additional entries without prior notice, in chronological order.
7. Law All competitions are governed by English Law and any matters relating to the competition will be resolved under English Law and The Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
8. Agreement By entering a competition, the entrant (‘you’) are deemed to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them and any other requirements set out by the Promoter.
9. How To Enter:
- 9.1: For web entries, visit Pryzbox.com and login to your account (or register for an account for free), find your desired competition, select your ticket quantity and complete the trivia question you are presented with before checking out.
- 9.2: After successfully checking out, your ticket numbers will be visible on the screen, via your account information or within your confirmation email. If you have any issues finding your ticket numbers after checking out, please contact info@pryzbox.com with your full name, address and competition info ASAP and we will rectify any issues
- 9.3: For Postal Entries, send a postcard to Pryzbox, 196 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 3WF, with your first name, last name, email address, phone number, the competition you wish to enter and your account number. You must have a registered Pryzbox account and you must include your account number within your postal entry. All entries must be handwritten to ensure entries are not automated and can be identified if required. Postal entries are limited to a maximum of 1 entry per competition, per household. Postal entries must arrive with a minimum of 3 working days before the competition close to ensure they can be correctly validated and included within the draw. All valid No Purchase Entry Necessary entries will be treated equally and have the same chance of winning as all other entries. If your postal entry has arrived and can be successfully validated, you will receive an email with your ticket numbers for the competition.
10. Withdrawal:
- 10.1: If for any reason any aspect of the promotion is not able to run as planned, including unauthorised intervention, a computer virus, network failure, tampering, fraud, technical failures or any cause out of the control of the promoter which affects the integrity, safety, fairness and impartiality of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right with discretion to postpone, pause, edit or cancel the Promotion.
- 10.2: In the unlikely event that fewer than 80% of tickets are sold for the draw, the promoter reserves the right to cancel the Promotion without notice. In the event that the Promotion is cancelled, all entries will be refunded.
Additional details and conditions
11.All information submitted to the promoter must be complete, accurate and up to date. The promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant at their own discretion if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the entrant has breached any of the Terms and Conditions.
12. The promotional period for all competitions are listed within the product information and will not be drawn until this date unless the promotion sells out ahead of time. In the event of an early sell-out, the competition draw may be brought forward by the promoter to a suitable time and all customers will be notified.
13. All entrants are required to create an account on the website www.Pryzbox.com before they can successfully enter a competition.
14. One winner will be randomly selected from all verified entries received during the promotional period. The Prize Draw will be made LIVE via the Pryzbox Facebook using the Google random number generator to select a winner.
15.Once a winner has been confirmed, the winner will be contacted within 5 working days of winner selection. The winner will be required to respond and accept the prize within 14 days of initial contact. In the event that a winner does not respond to the promoter’s contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserves their right to disqualify the winner. If a winner is disqualified, another draw will take place to select a new winner.
16. Once the winner has been contacted and the prize acceptance, we will organise the delivery of the prize at the earliest opportunity. If for any reason, the prize is not available for delivery straight away, the promoter reserves the right to deliver the prize within 6 weeks of initial contact with the competition winner.
17.The prize can not be exchanged or redeemed for monetary value unless stated otherwise within the competition information, in which case the cash value will be 80% of the UK RRP of the prize.
18. In the rare occurrence that the prize becomes unavailable during the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to offer a selection of alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
19. No additional warranties or insurance are offered on any prizes, outside of their manufacturer guarantees unless otherwise stated within the product information.
20. The winner will be asked to either submit a photo of them and the winning prize or have it taken by the promoter where applicable. All winning images are to be used for marketing purposes immediately after the win and in future as a way of promoting future competitions and identifying previous competition winners.
21. When entering a competition and in the event of a win, you agree to your name and location to be used on the website and as marketing materials both after the competition has ended and in future. If you have any issue with your name, location or photo being used, please email us your request to info@pryzbox.com before entering the competition.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse the prize or seek the recovery of the prize in the event that the entrant has entered via fraud, dishonesty or a breach under these Terms and Conditions.
23. If you are disqualified or found to be breaching the terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or close your account permanently and with immediate effect.
24.The Promoter along with any associated companies will not be liable for any loss, expense or damage which is incurred in connection with this promotion, accepting prizes or through the use of the prize. The Promoter will not be excluded from UK law if they are found to be negligent.
25. Any personal data relating to entrants will only be used by the Promoter and/or by anyone appointed by the Promoter to assist in the running of the promotion. Your data will not be disclosed to any third party for any purpose or reason. Full details can be found within our privacy policy.
