  • How do I enter?

    Find your desired competition, Select the number of tickets you would like to purchase, Answer the qualifying questions, Login (or register for a free account) and Checkout. For free postal entries, please visit our T&C’s for full details on how to enter via this route. All postal entries must be received before the competition closing date in order to be eligible.

  • How many times can I enter?

    The maximum number of entries are listed within the information for each competition. This number is limited to oneperson, per household and any additional entries made under the same name or address run the risk of beingdisqualified.

  • How do I find my ticket numbers?

    There are a few ways to check find your ticket numbers: Check your email inbox for a confirmation email confirming your purchase and your unique drawer numbers OR Login to Pryzbox.com and view your numbers within your account information. If you are still struggling to find your numbers, please contact us on ​info@pryzbox.com​ with your name, address and which competition you entered ASAP and we will find out your details for you.

  • When is the draw?

    The draw will be conducted at the earliest opportunity after the competition closes. Draw dates will never be extended, however, in the event of tickets selling out ahead of time, the draw date may be brought forward.

  • How is the winner chosen?

  • When will I receive my prize?

    We aim to deliver prizes as quickly as we can, in some cases the following day. We will always liaise with the winner throughout the process to allow a suitable delivery time to be arranged.
